Billy BUCHANAN I was married to Billy Buchanan for 19 years. The most wonderful husband, father and best friend a lady could ever ask to have. As all of you know Billy was that person. He left us way too young and left me with God’s greatest gift: Three wonderful children; Jason, Dallan and Crystal. We miss him dearly and love him more and more everyday. -- Shirley Payne |
